How fast is overnight, really?
Most short-form cuts land within 12–24 hours of brief, thanks to the SEA timezone gap. Larger projects get an agreed deadline up front.
How do revisions work?
Review the cut in-platform and request changes inline. Two rounds of revisions are included; extra rounds are available as add-ons, and your editor iterates before payment releases.
Who owns the footage and the cut?
You do. Editors work under terms that assign all rights to you on delivery. Files stay in your secure project, not in a stranger's inbox.
What if something goes wrong?
Funds sit in escrow until you approve delivery. If there's a dispute, our protection process steps in — that's the layer Discord and FB groups don't have.
